Сцісла пра брэнд
Redbreast is the world's best-selling Single Pot Still Irish whiskey — the distinctively Irish method that mashes malted AND unmalted barley together and triple-distils it in copper pot stills, giving a thick, spicy, creamy spirit. All of it is made at the Midleton distillery in County Cork (owned by Irish Distillers / Pernod Ricard).
The name (a robin) dates to when the label was bonded by the Dublin merchant W&A Gilbey. Modern Redbreast was revived by Irish Distillers, whose 1991 Redbreast 12 is widely credited with kick-starting the Single Pot Still renaissance.
Style
Redbreast is known for a rich, sherried profile: dried fruit, nuts, baking spice and the signature oily pot-still texture. The core is 12, 15 and 21 YO, the Lustau edition (sherry-cask finish) and cask-strength releases — one brand across ages and casks.
