The Vintage Malt Whisky Co.

The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. is a family-owned independent Scotch whisky bottler based in Milngavie, a suburb of Glasgow, Scotland. The company is known for its 'The Cooper's Choice' range, which features single malt and single grain whiskies. These bottlings often highlight diverse cask maturations and finishes, including Port Wood, Marsala, Pineau Des Charentes, and Bourbon casks. They source whiskies from various Scottish distilleries, such as Aberfeldy, Ardmore, Auchroisk, Braeval, Cameronbridge, Caol Ila, and Loch Lomond.

The Vintage Malt Whisky Co was established in 1992 by Brian Crook, an honours graduate in Food Science with 20 years’ experience in the malt whisky industry, latterly as export director for one of Scotland's principal distillers. His son, Andrew, now works alongside him in the company.
